Joined in 1977 and is in overall charge of our Cargo Claims operations world-wide.  Also has overall control of our US offices and is responsible for our Survey Agents Network.

Joined W K Webster in 1979 and is responsible for Europe and African sections.

Margaret has been with W K Webster since 1997 and is responsible for Principals in the Far East.

Claim Handler, LLM Maritime Law
Lan joined WKW in 2007 and she is experienced in handling a wide spectrum of marine claims including casualty, recovery as well as commercial cargo loss. She currently works on our Far East Accounts and in particular our expanding portfolio of business involving Chinese Insurers. Lan has an LLM degree in  Maritime Law from Southampton University and speaks fluent Chinese and English.

Responsible for all cargo line activities in our Singapore office. Has worked for W K Webster since 1995 in London and Singapore across all Cargo departments as well as Hull.

Bsc Management  with LawMaster of Law (Maritime Law) from the University of London
Annie joined W K Webster Singapore as the Manager of Cargo Claims Department in January 2008.  She worked in the logistics and insurance industries for over 16 years with over 10 years experience handling cargo claims.  Her expertise includes knowledge of the shipping / logistics operational and legal related matters, recoveries and insurance.
  Long Siew Mei

Siew Mei has more than 30 years experience working in various insurance companies and claims settling and recovery agents in Singapore.
She graduated from the then University of Singapore with an LLB.Hons and is also an ACII.
  Jessica Soh
Assistant Manager
Jessica joined W K Webster as an Executive with the Recoveries Department in April 2000.  She joined the claims team 1 1 years later.  Jessica has prior working experience in the banking industry and posses LL.B from the University of Glamorgan, UK.

Siew Li joined us in 1994 and transferred to our Claims Department in 1998. Siew Li is responsible for some of our major accounts with worldwide claims centralised from our Singapore office.
  Chua Yen Li 
Senior Executive Officer
Joined WKW 2005 as an Executive Officer and subsequently promoted to Senior Executive Officer. Yen Li gained a B.A from the National University of Singapore and has experience in Cargo claims handling as well as hull and P&I Insurance. Yen Li handles claims for a variety of local and overseas clients.

Has been with W K Webster since 1997 originally working from our Head Office in the UK; has been Director of our US operations since 2005 and became a Main Board Director in 2011.

Joined in 1978 and has been stationed in our New York office since 1989 working on both technical Cargo Claims and Recoveries.

Joined WKW London in 2007 and was transferred to our New York office in 2010. Previous experience includes law firms, insurers and claim survey agents in Sweden and the UK.
  George Willett

Joined W K Webster London in 2006 working in our Cargo Claims department for a variety of clients. During 2009 George was on secondment to W K Webster in New York for a period of three months. In January 2013 George transferred full time to the USA and joined our rapidly expanding team in New York as Assistant Manager. George will be instrumental in the continued growth and management of our USA operation.

Joined in 2009 and has a BA with specialization in logistics management. He has previous experience from the shipping and freight forwarding industry and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Malay and Taishanese. Mel is primarily responsible for our Chinese and Far East clients.

Joined WKW in 2006 upon the opening of our West Coast office in Los Angeles, California. Gary has over 20 years experience in handling cargo claims, surveying and recoveries.
