In order for us to pursue Recoveries on your behalf, we often require certain "procedural" documents in addition to claims documents.

To assist you and/or your insured, we have provided certain document wordings on this page. The following documents are available:

• Subrogation Receipt – Issued and signed by the Claimant, it confirms that they have been paid and transfers their rights against third parties to the insurer.
• 
  Letter of Assignment – This should be issued and signed by the Claimant or Insured when the claim has not yet been paid but action needs to be taken to protect recovery rights.
• 
  Letter of Authority – Your or your insured’s / claimant’s authority to us to act on your / their behalf in pursuing recovery.

You may download the image either as a pdf. file (which you may print immediately onto your letterhead) or download a word document. The latter will download the respective document text for you to complete or modify as required, again on your own letterhead paper. Please return the original of the completed document to us by mail. We would appreciate an advance copy by fax.
