Joined W K Webster in 1992 upon leaving the Royal Hong Kong Marine Police as a Senior Inspector and Master Mariner, having gained both investigative and command experience. Prior to that worked in Contracts Administration for a major South African company, where his legal qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg were fully utilised.
London Andrew Young - Manager
Handling marine claims, including casualty matters and cargo recoveries since 1981. Worked for 9 years for a leading firm of London based Marine lawyers before spending 4 years working for an independent consultancy within the oil industry, based at Shell Centre. Joined the Recovery Department of WKW in 1995 and is now responsible for the day to day running of the Department whilst handling a large number of high value claims.
  Keith Ackland - Section Head
Joined WKW in  1978 and has over 30 years experience in the handling all types of recovery actions. Keith specialises in European road haulage claims under the CMR Convention and national domestic road carriage conditions as well as logistic contracts.
  Guy Luscombe - Section Head
Joined W.K. Webster in 2003. Has over 20 years experience in the Recoveries industry specialising in pursuit of claims against shipowners. Well known to many Shipping Lines throughout the world.
  Keith Hartland – Case Handler
Joined the Recoveries Department in September 2007. Insurance & Claims Manager (10 years) for a UK Haulage, Warehousing and Distribution Company. Team Manager (15 years) for a container shipping company processing cargo claims against Bill of Lading contracts and handling third party recoveries. Experienced in Haulage, RHA, CMR, and Domestic and also as a claimant and defendant having worked for a major British Ship Owner.
  
 

Mark Holdaway - Case Handler
BSc Chemistry with Nanotechnology (Hons)
Joined in 2006. Responsible for handling a variety of cargo recovery claims with a particular emphasis on airfreight.

  Richard Hudson - Case Handler
BA (Hons) ACII Chartered Insurer
Joined W K Webster Ltd February 2009, with thirteen years cargo recoveries experience and a further eight years marine insurance experience. Experienced in all aspects of cargo recovery work, with particular emphasis on multimodal and combined transit carriage. Once successfully arrested a vessel in Brazil (believed to a first in the London Market). Responsible for all aspects of recovery case handling.

Joined WKW in 2007 as a case handler responsible for dealing with a variety of claims with an emphasis on high volume accounts. 
  

  Amandine Ceruti - Case Handler
Joined WKW in 2011. A native French speaker and holds legal and insurance qualifications. Having previously worked four years in the liability claims department of a large international freight forwarder, she has gained experience in the handling of a variety of recoveries, in particular with air claims.
  
Singapore  Allan Cheng - Manager

Allan joined W K Webster as a Senior Executive Officer in September 2000. He was promoted to Assistant Manager in January 2006 and to the position of Manager in April 2008. Allan has over 25 years experience in marine and transport, investigations and recoveries and holds legal and insurance qualifications.
  Sim Yong Poh - Assistant Manager

Yong Poh joined W K Webster Singapore in May 2006.  Yong Poh has over 10 years experience in Marine and Logistics and has worked with several reputable insurance companies and the Port Authority. He posseses a Bachelor of Business in Transport & Logistics Management and LL.B (Hons).
