Key Staff

John Redman is a Director of W K Webster & Co Ltd. He is a Master Mariner, having served at sea for 13 years with Shell Tankers (UK) Ltd and Hudson Steam Ship Company. He has served on a variety of vessels, including product tankers, VLCC's, LNG and Bulk Carriers. Since joining the company in 1987 he has worked in various parts of the W K Webster Group dealing with claims arising from major marine casualties.

Frank Holden is the General Manager of the Hull Claims Management Service. He joined Webster's in 1973 after experience in all areas of ship operations, chartering, insurance and broking. He has dealt with complex claims arising from major marine casualties. Frank speaks Spanish.

Victor Fenwick LLB (Hons) previously employed as a solicitor for leading London Admiralty lawyers, joined the Webster Group in 1997 as a claims handler. He has dealt with a wide range of collision, salvage and total loss cases and investigates casualties. He has a basic knowledge of Italian.

Capt. Saumitr Sen (Somi) Master Mariner, M.I.C.S. Commenced employment with W K Webster in November 2007 having spent the previous 15 years at sea recently in command of container vessels. Prior to this, he served on tankers, ro-ro’s, bulk carriers and general cargo vessels. Somi is an Indian national and speaks Hindi.

Gerry Chia has some 25 years experience dealing with marine casualties as an average adjuster and claims handler. Before joining W K Webster, Gerry was a manager with a well known firm of international average adjusters. He is now the Manager of the Singapore Hull Department and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
