Usually, we would expect to provide the following information: Vessel, Casualty, Date of Loss, Your reference, Our reference, Policy No., Assured, Type of Loss, Quantum and Status.

Timing will be as per your needs and requirements. Recoveries can take some time to complete. We would therefore recommend that we provide reports quarterly, or perhaps monthly. We currently report by mail, fax or email (usually in Excel format). You can, of course, always request a specific Case Update whenever you choose - please click 'Status Request' on the left.
