When?
Timing will
be as per your needs and requirements. Recoveries can take some time to
complete. We would therefore recommend that we provide reports quarterly,
or perhaps monthly.

of course, always request a specific Case Update whenever you choose -

We currently report by mail, fax or email (usually in Excel format). We
are developing our systems in order to report on the Web / Internet. We
aim to provide 24 hour instant on-line access and we shall advise you
once this becomes operational.
