As part of our service to our clients, we are pleased to offer detailed Status Reports.
The content may vary according to your requirements. Usually, we would expect to provide the following information:

When?
Timing will be as per your needs and requirements. Recoveries can take some time to complete. We would therefore recommend that we provide reports quarterly, or perhaps monthly.
You can, of course, always request a specific Case Update whenever you choose - please click below.
How?
Please choose. We currently report by mail, fax or email (usually in Excel format). We are developing our systems in order to report on the Web / Internet. We aim to provide 24 hour instant on-line access and we shall advise you once this becomes operational.
