Joined W K Webster in 1992 upon leaving the Royal Hong Kong Marine Police as a Senior Inspector and Master Mariner, having gained both investigative and command experience. Prior to that worked in Contracts Administration for a major South African company, where his legal qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg were fully utilised.
London Guy Luscombe - General Manager
Joined W.K. Webster in 2003. Has over 20 years experience in the Recoveries industry specialising in pursuit of claims against shipowners. Well known to many Shipping Lines throughout the world.
  Robert Hyde - Assistant Manager
Bsc (Hons). PG Dip Maritime Law
Robert joined WKW in 2007, mainly dealing with volume accounts including high-profile accounts for paper and electronics.  He has gained wide ranging recovery experience for all types of transport and commodities.  He has also attained qualifications in Maritime Law during his time at WKW and developed a particular expertise in Indian Law. Currently oversees a team handling a number of accounts for a major global insurer.

  Keith Ackland - Section Head
Joined WKW in  1978 and has over 30 years experience in the handling all types of recovery actions. Keith specialises in European road haulage claims under the CMR Convention and national domestic road carriage conditions as well as logistic contracts.

Joined W K Webster in 2006 as a graduate with scientific qualifications. Has since attained additional qualifications in Maritime law and has gained experience in a wide range of cargo recovery matters. Particular expertise in vessel and air claims.
  Amandine Ceruti - Section Head
Joined WKW in 2011. A native French speaker and holds legal and insurance qualifications. Having previously worked four years in the liability claims department of a large international freight forwarder, she has gained experience in the handling of a variety of recoveries, in particular with air claims.
  
 

Keith Hartland – Case Handler
Joined the Recoveries Department in September 2007. Insurance & Claims Manager (10 years) for a UK Haulage, Warehousing and Distribution Company. Team Manager (15 years) for a container shipping company processing cargo claims against Bill of Lading contracts and handling third party recoveries. Experienced in Haulage, RHA, CMR, and Domestic and also as a claimant and defendant having worked for a major British Ship Owner.

Joined WKW in 2012 as a graduate with a criminal and legal educational background. Initially focussed on handling recoveries for a high-profile client account, she has since gained experience in the handling of a wide variety of recoveries, with an emphasis in vessel claims and particular expertise in reefer claims.

Singapore  Amanda Bjork - General Manager
LLB, LLM (Swedish: Jur. Kand.)
A Swedish law graduate from the University of Gothenburg, specializing in International Commercial Law. Prior to joining WKW's CCM department, Amanda was the Legal Counsel and a Member of the Board at a Marine Surveying and Loss Adjusting Company based in Sweden and was also the Manager of the company's P&I Club Correspondent subsidiary. Amanda also worked as a Claims Consultant for a Marine Insurance Broker (P&I/Hull) and a P&I Club. Amanda has experience in all aspect of Marine Insurance Claims, including Hull, P&I, Cargo and Liability matters.

  Ashley Loke – Executive Officer
Ashley joined W K Webster in August 2017 as an Executive with the Recoveries Department. She has over 10 years of industry experience including 4 years in logistics and supply chain management and 6 years of project management work in the maritime and offshore industries. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Maritime Studies from Nanyang Technological University where she also obtained a Bachelor of Civil & Structural Engineering degree and a Master of Civil & Environmental Engineering degree.

  Junaidah Sanusi - Executive Officer
June joined WKW in 1979 and has been working in our recoveries department since 1981. With over 30 years of recovery experience, June handles many types of claim against various parties and is well known to many carriers, freight forwarders and shipowners in the region.

Brian Kenney – Section Head
Brian joined WKW in 2012 and has 7 years experience handling a wide range of high-value and complex recovery cases, specializing in inland and ocean claims in the US and Canada. Prior to joining WKW, Brian worked at law firms in Shanghai and New York as a legal researcher. Brian is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and an admitted Attorney in the State of New York.
  Alice Lin - Case Handler
Alice has extensive ocean marine recovery and claims experience. She began her career at a P&I Club defending claims against carriers in all aspects. She previously worked for WK Webster (Overseas) Ltd between 2013-2014 as a recovery case handler and returned in 2018. Prior to her return, Alice worked for an international commodities trading company as a physical oil demurrage claims analyst and also for a leading ocean marine insurance company in their subrogation department.
