The Directors of W K Webster are pleased to announce the launch of a US Hull and Marine Liability Claims Service based in New York.

The new service will initially be staffed by William (“Liam”) Richards who in recent years has been an important part of the company’s Hull and Liability operation in London. Liam has significant knowledge and experience across all types of Hull and Liability claims including groundings, collisions, vessel fires, salvage, machinery breakdowns, cargo P&I liability, personal injury and marina and boat builders liability.

This new US based Hull and Liability service complements the existing well established offerings provided from the London and Singapore offices and now completes the reach of W K Webster’s Hull and Liability Claims service across all three of its hub offices to provide a truly global 24/7 response whenever and wherever the need arises.
