You will need to register your intent to claim and submit a claim form within 30 days of delivery. If you do not submit your claim registration and claim form within 30 days of delivery your claim will be declined.
Once you have completed your intent to claim on this page and clicked 'Submit' you will be able to go straight to the claim notification page or download a claim form to complete and upload.
You will also receive an email confirmation of your submission which will include your unique log in which will give you access to your claim file 24 hours a day.
All items must be retained until your claim has been finalised or written approval is given by a claim handler, failure to do so will result in your claim for those items being declined.
Note: The details below should match those of the Applicant as detailed on the Confirmation of Shipment Protection letter.
