Report	* We have received reports that general cargo ship, OCMIS GAR experienced an engine failure and loss of power in a position east of Sfax, Tunisia on 5 August 2023. * It is reported that repairs could not be carried out by the crew and consequently the vessel was taken under tow by tug towards Alicante, Spain where the convoy is expected to arrive on 19 August 2023. * It is possible that General Average, Salvage, and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty. * We recommend that you contact us if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
