GAZIBEY

* We have received reports that general cargo ship, GAZIBEY experienced an engine failure in a position approximately 39 nautical miles south-southeast of Lizard, United Kingdom, on 07 December 2023.

* It is reported that the vessel will be taken under tow by tug towards Bayonne, France for inspection and possibly repairs.

*It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.
