LOLA-5

* We have received reports barge LOLA-5, whilst being pushed by general cargo vessel ANTONIA allided with a pillar of the 25 May Bridge, at the border between Croatia and Serbia on 05 January 2024.

* It is reported that barge LOLA-5 experienced an ingress of water as a consequence of the allision and later sank.

* We understand that the local authorities are attempting to recover the cargo from the barge.

* In any event, It is possible that Salvage and Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
